LDP: Cancellation of the List of Shareholders for Entitlements Exercising

According to document no.549/LDP dated 25th December 2020 of Lamdong Pharmaceutical Joint Stock Company (LDP) regarding cancellation of the list of shareholders for 2020 extraordinary general meeting, Vietnam Securities Depository (VSD) - Hochiminh branch would like to announce as follows:
Cancellation of the shareholder list for 2020 extraordinary general meeting on the record date of 6th January 2021 in accordance with Notice no.1697/TB-CNVSD dated 18th December 2020 by VSD's branch.
Reason: In order for the Issuer to have more time to prepare the contents for the General Meeting.
This notice of VSD's branch is for DMs' information and notification to investors who have deposited LDP shares at DMs.
