DCH: Cancellation of the List of Shareholders for Corporate Actions

Pursuant to the document no. 342/2021/CTĐC-TCHC dated 7th September 2021 of Hanoi Cadastral Survey Joint Stock Company on cancelling the list of shareholders for 2021 Annual general meeting on the record date of 29th April 2021, Vietnam Securities Depository (VSD) would like to announce as follows:
Cancelling the list of shareholders for 2021 Annual general meeting, record date: 29th September 2021 in accordance with Notice no. 1361/TB-VSD dated 12th April 2021 by VSD.
Reason: Due to the outbreak and complicated situation of Covid-19, the Company is unable to organize 2021 Annual general meeting as planned.
DMs are requested to fully inform this notice to each investor who has deposited the above shares at DMs.
Cancelling the list of shareholders for 2021 Annual general meeting, record date: 29th September 2021 in accordance with Notice no. 1361/TB-VSD dated 12th April 2021 by VSD.
