Vietnam Securities Depository (VSD) would like to announce the record date as follows:

1. 2021 Annual General Meeting
- Execution rate: 1 share - 1 voting right
- Meeting time: 29th June 2023 tentatively
- Meeting venue: level-7 meeting hall, Hanoi Cadastral Survey Joint Stock Company, no.9B Nguyen Hong road, Thanh Cong ward, Ba Dinh district, Hanoi
- Meeting agenda: some issues within the authority of the annual general meeting
+ Reports by the Board of Directors (BOD), Supervisory Board (SB) on 2022 activities, 2023 plan
+ Proposals :
1.  Report on 2022 production and business results and 2023 plan;
2. Approval of 2022 audited financial statements,
3. Selection of an auditing company for 2023 financial statements
4. 2022 profit allocation scheme and dividend payment plan
5. 2023 remuneration to the BOD, SB; 
6. Approval of dismissing and electing of additional members of SB;
7. Approving the divestment of State capital in Hanoi Cadastral Joint Stock Company in 2022-2025 term
+ Other issues within the authority of the annual general meeting
2. Advance Payment of 2020 Cash Dividend
- Payment rate: 1%/share (100 VND per share)
- Payment time: 5th July 2023
- Payment place:
+ The holders whose shares have been deposited will receive dividend at the depository member where they opened depository account.
+ The holders whose shares have not been deposited will receive cash dividend at the Finance-Accounting department of Hanoi Cadastral Survey Joint Stock Company, no.9B Nguyen Hong road, Thanh Cong ward, Ba Dinh district, Hanoi on working days from 5th July 2023. ID cards have to be presented.
Depository members (DMs) are requested to compare the securities holders’ information in the List generated and sent in the form of Certificate of Authorization by VSD with the information managed by DMs then send Confirmation (Form 03/THQ) in the form of Certificate of Authorization on the accuracy of the list of shareholders (For DMs who have not completed the connection to VSD’s terminal-based gateway/ISO-based gateway or where the connection has been disrupted, the Confirmation with Certificate of Authorization shall be sent to thongbaoxacnhan@vsd.vn). In case of rejection due to data errors, VSD's members are requested to send written notice on details of errors for necessary correction.
Deadline for sending confirmation: by 10.30 am, 30th May 2023
If DMs do not send confirmation document by the above deadline, VSD will consider the list provided to DMs and direct account holding members by VSD accurate and confirmed. In case of arising disputes and losses to shareholders, DMs will have to bear all the related responsibilities.
DMs are requested to fully inform this notice to each investor who has deposited the above shares at DMs within 3 working days from the date on the notice.
