GCB: Cancellation of the List of Shareholders for Corporate Actions

Pursuant to the notice no. 156/CPPT dated 15th September 2021 of Petec Binh Dinh Joint Stock Company on cancelling the list of shareholders for 2021 Annual general meeting, Vietnam Securities Depository (VSD) would like to announce as follows:
Cancelling the list of shareholders for 2021 Annual general meeting, record date: 22nd April 2021 in accordance with Notice no. 1292/TB-VSD dated 6th April 2021 by VSD.
Reason: Due to the complicated situation of the Covid-19 epidemic from May 2021 until now, provinces and cities including Binh Dinh province have been subject to social distancing, so Petec Binh Dinh Joint Stock Company was unable to hold 2021 Annual General Meeting according to the list of shareholders fixed on 22nd April 2021 as expected.
DMs are requested to fully inform this notice to each investor who has deposited the above shares at DMs.
