- Payment rate: 5%/share
For common share: 100:5 (Shareholders are entitled to 5 new shares for every 100 shares they own);
- Principle of rounding and handling fractional shares (if any): The number of shares to shareholders will be rounded down to the unit, the fractional shares will be authorized to the Board of Directors to distribute to other parties with appropriate method and condition at the price of 10,000 VND/shares. The amount from selling fractional shares will be paid to shareholders who own fractional shares.
- For example: on the record date, shareholder A who owns 196 shares is entitled to receive 9.80 shares (196 * 5/100 = 9.80). According to the principle of rounding, this shareholder will only receive 9 shares and the  fractional shares of 0.80 will be distributed by the BOD to other parties at the price of 0.80*10,000 = 8,000 VND and pay shareholder A.
- Payment place:
+ The holders whose shares have been deposited will receive dividend at the depository member where they opened depository account.
+ The holders whose shares have not been deposited will receive dividend at Son Ha Sai Gon Joint Stock Company, 292/5 Tam Dong 2 hamlet, Thoi Tam Thon commune, Hoc Mon district, Hochiminh city. ID cards  have to be presented. 

Depository members (DMs) are requested to compare the securities holders’ information in the List generated and sent in the form of Certificate of Authorization by VSD with the information managed by DMs then send Confirmation (Form 03/THQ) in the form of Certificate of Authorization on the accuracy of the list of shareholders (For DMs who have not completed the connection to VSD’s terminal-based gateway/ISO-based gateway or where the connection has been disrupted, the Confirmation with Certificate of Authorization shall be sent to thongbaoxacnhan@vsd.vn). In case of rejection due to data errors, VSD's members are requested to send written notice on details of errors for necessary correction.

Deadline for sending confirmation: by 10.30 am, 10th December 2021
If DMs do not send confirmation document by the above deadline, VSD will consider the list provided to DMs by VSD accurate and confirmed. In case of arising disputes and losses to shareholders, DMs will have to bear all the related responsibilities.
DMs are requested to fully inform this notice to each investor who has deposited the above shares at DMs within 3 working days from the date on the notice.
