Viet Nam Securities Depository and Clearing Corporation (VSDC) - Hochiminh Branch would like to announce the record date of corporate action processing for the Securities registering institution as follows:

- Payment rate: 5% (100:5 - on the record date to exercise the right to receive stock dividends, shareholders owning 100 shares will receive 5 new shares).
- Principle of rounding and handling fractional shares: The number of shares additionally issued due to dividend payment will be rounded down to the whole number, the fractional shares (if any) will be removed.
- For example: Shareholder A whose name is on the list on the record date owns 196 shares, then the number of shares that shareholder A receives is 196*5/100 = 9.80 shares (Rounded down to the 2nd dp). After rounding down to the whole number, the actual number of shares that shareholder A receives is 9 shares. The fractional number of 0.80 shares will be removed.
 Payment place:
+ The holders whose shares have been deposited will receive dividend at the depository member where they opened depository account.
+ The holders whose shares have not been deposited will complete procedures to receive dividends in shares at Son Ha Saigon Joint Stock Company - 292/5 Hamlet 80, Dong Thanh Commune, Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam and presents his/her citizen identification card.. ID cards and passbooks have to be presented.
Coordination details and procedures for corporate action processing for holders of the above securities between VSDC, the Securities registering institution and depository members are specified in the Guideline on corporate action processing for securities holders at VSDC.
