HAP: Cancellation of the Record Date for Corporate Actions

Pursuant to the document no. 42/CV-HAP dated 25th March 2022 of Hapaco Group Joint Stock Company (HAP) on cancelling the record date for 2022 annual general meeting, Vietnam Securities Depository (VSD) would like to announce as follows:
Cancelling the list of shareholders for 2022 annual general meeting, the record date: 16th March 2022 in accordance with Notice no. 494/TB-VSD dated 24th February 2022 by VSD.
Reason: Due to the change in shareholder structure of the Company after successfully issuing additional shares to increase charter capital, HAPACO Group Joint Stock Company would like to cancel the list finalized on 16th March 2022 and will finalize in accordance with the reality.
DMs are requested to fully inform this notice to each investor who has deposited the above shares at DMs.
