Vietnam Securities Depository (VSD) - Hochiminh Branch would like to announce the record date as follows:

1. Payment of Stock Dividend
- Execution rate: 100:35 (shareholders are entitled to receive 35 new shares for every 100 shares they own)
- Principle of rounding and principle of handling fractional shares: The number of shares issued will be rounded down to the unit, the decimal fractional shares will be distributed to the Trade Union as treasury shares to Company's employees. The Trade Union is not required to make payment for those fractional shares.
For example, on record date, shareholder A who owns 205 shares is entitled to receive 71.75 shares. According to rounding principle and handling fractional shares, shareholder will receive 71 shares, the 0.75 fractional shares will be distributed to the Union. 
- Payment place:
+ The holders whose shares have been deposited will receive dividend at the depository member where they opened depository account.
+ The holders whose shares have not been deposited will receive the stock dividend at Company's head office, Level 1, Viet Dragon building, 141 Nguyen Du, Ben Thanh ward, district 1, Hochiminh city from 8:30 am ~ 4:00 pm on weekdays (except public holidays). ID cards, passbooks, introduction letter (for institutions), valid power of attornery certified by local authority (in case of authorization) have to be presented.
2. Bonus shares due to raising share capital from owner's equity
- Execution rate: 10:1 (shareholders are entitled to receive 1 new share for every 10 shares they own)
- Principle of rounding and principle of handling fractional shares: The number of shares issued will be rounded down to the unit, the decimal fractional shares will be distributed to the Trade Union as treasury shares to Company's employees. The Trade Union is not required to make payment for those fractional shares.
For example, on record date, shareholder A who owns 205 shares is entitled to receive 20.5 shares. According to rounding principle and handling fractional shares, shareholder will receive 20 shares, the 0.5 fractional shares will be distributed to the Union. 
- Payment place:
+ The holders whose shares have been deposited will receive dividend at the depository member where they opened depository account.
+ The holders whose shares have not been deposited will receive the stock dividend at Company's head office, Level 1, Viet Dragon building, 141 Nguyen Du, Ben Thanh ward, district 1, Hochiminh city from 8:30 am ~ 4:00 pm on weekdays (except public holidays). ID cards, passbooks, introduction letter (for institutions), valid power of attornery certified by local authority (in case of authorization) have to be presented.
3. Right issue

+ Issue price: 10,000 VND/share
+ Execution rate: 2:1 (shareholders are entitled to 1 right for each share they own, to buy 1 new share for every 2 shares they own)
- Principle of rounding, handling fractional shares and unsubscribed shares (if any):
For fractional shares arising upon right execution, the number of shares offered to shareholders will be rounded down to the  unit.
For example, on record date, shareholder A who owns 205 shares is entitled to receive 102.5 shares. According to rounding principle and handling fractional shares, shareholder will be entitled to buy 100 new shares. 
- Principle of handling fractional shares and unsubscribed shares (if any): the number of shares offered to existing shareholders not fully distributed (because existing shareholders do not exercise right and/or other reasons) and fractional shares due to rounding principle (if any) are offered by the Board of Directors to other investors (including existing shareholders and other investors) at the price not lower than that offered to existing shareholders.
- Regulations on rights transfer:
+ Time period for right transfer: from 10th August 2022 to 31st August 2022
+ Purchase right can be transferred once only.
- Regulations on subscription:
+ Time period for subscription and payment: from 10th August 2022 to 7th September 2022
+ Subscribed shares are freely transferable. 
- Place for implementation:
+ The holders whose shares have been deposited have to make transfer of purchase right, subscription and payment at the depository member where they opened depository account.
+ The holders whose shares have not been deposited will make right transfer, subscription and payment at Viet Dragon Securities Joint Stock Company, Level 1, Viet Dragon building, 141 Nguyen Du, Ben Thanh ward, district 1, Hochiminh city from 8:30 am ~ 4:00 pm on weekdays (except public holidays) and make subscription payment to the blockade account.

- Schedule for DMs to process right issue with VSD is detailed in the attached file.
Depository members (DMs) are requested to compare the securities holders’ information in the List generated and sent in the form of Certificate of Authorization by VSD with the information managed by DMs then send Confirmation (Form 03/THQ) in the form of Certificate of Authorization on the accuracy of the list of shareholders (For DMs who have not completed the connection to VSD’s terminal-based gateway/ISO-based gateway or where the connection has been disrupted, the Confirmation with Certificate of Authorization shall be sent to thongbaoxacnhan@vsd.vn). In case of rejection due to data errors, VSD's members are requested to send written notice on details of errors for necessary correction.
Deadline for sending confirmation: by 10.30 am, 3rd August 2022
If DMs do not send confirmation document by the above deadline, VSD will consider the list provided to DMs by VSD accurate and confirmed. In case of arising disputes and losses to shareholders, DMs will have to bear all the related responsibilities.
DMs are requested to fully inform this notice to each investor who has deposited the above shares at DMs within 3 working days from the date on the notice.
