Vietnam Securities Depository (VSD) – Hochiminh Branch would like to announce the record date as follows:

1. Bonus Share Payment due to Raising Share Capital from Owner's Equity
- Execution rate: 40:3 (shareholder are entitled to receive 3 new shares for every 10 shares they own) 
- Principle of rounding and principle of handling fractional shares (if any): The number of shares issued will be rounded down to the whole number, the decimal fractional shares (if any) will be removed.
For example: shareholder Nguyen Van A owns 157 shares. According to the above execution rate, the shareholder will receive 11.78 shares (157*3/40 = 11.78). According to the above principle, Shareholder A will receive 11 new shares; the 0.78 fractional shares will be removed.
- Payment place:
+ The holders whose shares have been deposited will receive bonus shares at the depository member where they opened depository account.
+ The holders whose shares have not been deposited will receive bonus shares at Phu My Water Supply Joint Stock Company on working days. ID cards have to be presented.
2. Right issue to existing shareholders
- Right code: MIRPMW221
- ISIN: MIRPMW221
(Effective date of code allocation: 30th November 2022; effective date of code cancellation: 26th December 2022)   
- Planned quantity of issued shares: 4,000,000 shares
- Issue price: 10,000 VND/share
- Execution rate: 10:1 (shareholders are entitled to 1 right for each share that they own and to buy 1 new share for every 10 rights)
- Principle of rounding, handling the fractional shares and unsubscribed shares (if any):
+ For fractional shares (if any), to ensure the number of shares issued not exceeding the number of shares offered, the number of shares entitled to buy will be rounded down to the whole number, the decimal fractional shares (if any) will be offered to the Trade Union.
+ The fractional shares due to rounding upon offering to existing shareholders are issued to the Trade Union.
*Issue price of fractional shares: 10,000 VND/share
*Transfer restriction: within 1 year from the date of offering completion
*Purpose of capital usage: adding working capital for the Company
*Time period for subscription and payment: after announcement of issuance result by the Board of Directors (BOD)
Example: shareholder A who owns 84 shares is entitled to buy 8.4 shares (84*1/10 = 8.4). According to rounding principle, he/she will be entitled to buy 8 shares, the 0.4 fractional shares will be offered to the Trade Union.
+ The remaining shares that have not been fully distributed to existing shareholders are those arising due to shareholders' non exercising the right (existing shareholders do not buy all and/or refuse and/or do not make timely payment) will be offered by the BOD to other investors who wishes to buy at the price of 10,000 VND/share equal to the offering price to existing shareholders to ensure issuance of all shares.
*Shares offered by the BOD to other investors are subject to transfer restriction within 1 year from the date of offering completion
*Time period for subscription and payment: after announcement of issuance result by the BOD
- Regulations on rights transfer: 
+ Time period for right transfer: from 30th November 2022 to 12th December 2022
+ Right is transferred once. Transferor and transferee negotiate transfer price and payment.
- Regulations on subscription:
+ Time period for subscription and payment: from 30th November 2022 to 21st December 2022
+ Shares are freely transferable.
- Place for implementation:
+ The holders whose shares have been deposited have to make transfer of purchase right, subscription and payment at the depository member where they opened depository account.
+ The holders whose shares have not been deposited will make right transfer, subscription and payment at Phu My Water Supply Joint Stock Company, no.2 Doc Lap road, Tan Ngoc quarter, Phu My ward, Phu My town, Ba Ria - Vung Tau province on working days. ID cards have to be presented.
