VMS: Cancellation of the List of Shareholders for Corporate Actions

According to Document No. 89/PTHH-TH dated 10th May 2023 of Vietnam Maritime Development Joint Stock Company as regards cancellation of the list of shareholders for 2023 annual general meeting, Vietnam Securities Depository (VSD) would like to announce as follows:
Cancelling the list of shareholders for 2023 annual general meeting on the record date 24th March 2023 in accordance with Notice no. 795/TB-VSD dated 7th March 2023 by VSD.
Reason: the company needs more time for the preparation of contents related to 2023 annual general meeting.
DMs are requested to fully inform this notice to investors who have deposited VMS shares at DMs.
Cancelling the list of shareholders for 2023 annual general meeting on the record date 24th March 2023 in accordance with Notice no. 795/TB-VSD dated 7th March 2023 by VSD.
