Vietnam Securities Depository (VSD) - Ho Chi Minh City Branch would like to announce the record date as follows:

1. Payment of 2021 stock dividend
- Execution rate: 10:1 (Shareholders are entitled to 1 new share for every 10 shares they own)
- Principle of rounding and handling fractional shares: The number of shares issued to shareholders will be rounded down to the whole number, the fractional shares (if any) will be removed.
- Example: on the record date, shareholder A who owns 45 shares is entitled to receive 4.5 shares ((45x1)/10 = 4.5). According to the principle of rounding, A will receive 4 shares and the 0.5 fractional shares will be removed.
- Principle of handling undistributed shares: The number of shares not fully distributed is the number of shares arising due to the difference between the number of shares requested to be issued (2,753,358 shares) and the actual number of shares issued to existing shareholders according to the ownership ratio. Those shares will be removed.
2. Share issuance for raising share capital from owner’s equity
- Execution rate: 10:1 (Shareholders are entitled to 1 new share for every 10 shares they own)
- Principle of handling fractional shares: The number of shares issued for raising share capital from owner’s equity will be rounded down to the whole number, the decimal shares (if any) will be removed.
- Example: on the record date, shareholder A who owns 45 shares is entitled to receive 4.5 shares ((45x1)/10 = 4.5). According to the principle of rounding, A will receive 4 shares and the 0.5 fractional shares will be removed.
- Principle of handling undistributed shares: The number of shares not fully distributed is the number of shares arising due to the difference between the number of shares requested to be issued (2,753,358 shares) and the actual number of shares issued to existing shareholders according to the ownership ratio. Those shares will be removed.
Payment place:
+ The holders whose shares have been deposited will receive shares at the depository member where they opened depository account.
+ The holders whose shares have not been deposited will receive shares at the Finance-Accounting department of Construction Joint Stock Company 47, No. 8 Bien Cuong, Quy Nhon city, Binh Dinh province, tel (0256) 3522166        Fax: (0256) 3522316 on working days (Monday ~ Friday, 8:30 am – 11:30 am, 2:00 pm – 5:00 pm). Following documents have to be presented:
For institutions: passbooks, letter of introduction, ID cards of receiver of stock dividend and shares due to raising share capital from owner’s equity
For individuals: passbooks, ID cards of receiver stock dividend and shares due to raising share capital from owner’s equity. Power of attorney in case of authorization is required.
Depository members (DMs) are requested to compare the securities holders’ information in the List generated and sent in the form of Certificate of Authorization by VSD with the information managed by DMs then send Confirmation (Form 03/THQ) in the form of Certificate of Authorization on the accuracy of the list of shareholders (For DMs who have not completed the connection to VSD’s terminal-based gateway/ISO-based gateway or where the connection has been disrupted, the Confirmation with Certificate of Authorization shall be sent to thongbaoxacnhan@vsd.vn). In case of rejection due to data errors, VSD's members are requested to send written notice on details of errors for necessary correction.
Deadline for sending confirmation: by 10.30 am, 8th June 2023
If DMs do not send confirmation document by the above deadline, VSD will consider the list provided to DMs by VSD accurate and confirmed. In case of arising disputes and losses to shareholders, DMs will have to bear all the related responsibilities.
DMs are requested to fully inform this notice to each investor who has deposited the above shares at DMs within 3 working days from the date on the notice.
