- Meeting venue: 11th Floor, C47 Bien Cuong Building, No. 8 Bien Cuong Street, Quy Nhon Nam Ward, Gia Lai Province.
- Meeting agenda:
+ Approving report by the Board of Directors (BOD) on 2025 business results, 2026 plan;
+ Approving report by independent BOD members in the Auditing Committee on 2025 activity results and 2026 plan;
+ Approval of 2026 audited financial statements
+ Approval of 2025 profit distribution, dividend payment and 2026 plan
+ Approval of 2025 remuneration for the BOD and 2026 plan
+ Approval of the plan to offer shares to existing shareholders to increase charter capital;
+ Approval of 2025 plan to issue shares as dividend for existing shareholders;
+ Approval of the adjustment/addition of the Company's business lines;
+ Other issues within the authority of the general meeting as stipulated by prevailing laws
Coordination details and procedures for corporate action processing for holders of the above securities between VSDC, the Securities registering institution and depository members are specified in the Guideline on corporate action processing for securities holders at VSDC.
Construction Joint Stock Company 47 and the parties involved in the process of preparing the dossier, documents of corporate action processing are fully responsible before the law for the legality, accuracy, truthfulness and completeness of the dossier; Institutions and individuals participating in the confirmation of records and documents shall be legally responsible within the scope related to such records and documents as prescribed in Clause 1, Article 11a of the Securities Law No. 54/2019/QH14 dated 26/11/2019, supplemented by Clause 4, Article 1 of Law No. 56/2024/QH15 dated 29/11/2024.
