Vietnam Securities Depository (VSD) would like to announce the record date as follows:

1. Payment of 2022 Cash Dividend
- Payment rate: 15%/share (1,500 VND per share). 
- Payment time: 21st August 2023
- Payment place:
+ The holders whose shares have been deposited will receive dividend at the depository member where they opened depository account.
+ The holders whose shares have not been deposited will receive dividend at the Finance Department of Hanoi Civil Construction Investment Joint Stock Company on working days (Monday to Saturday, 8am-11.30am on Saturdays) from 21st August 2023. ID cards have to be presented.

2. Payment of 2022 Stock Dividend

- Payment rate: 100:10 (Shareholders are entitled to 10 new shares for every 100 shares they own);
- Principle of rounding: the number of shares issued for existing shareholders will be rounded down to the unit
- Principle of handling fractional shares (if any): The decimal fractional shares (if any) will be removed.
- For example: Shareholder A who owns 1,417 shares is entitled to receive 708.5 shares (1,147 x 10/100 = 141.7). According to the rounding principle, Shareholder A will receive 141 shares.
- Payment place:
+ The holders whose shares have been deposited will receive dividend at the depository member where they opened depository account.
+ The holders whose shares have not been deposited will receive dividend at the Administration Department of Hanoi Civil Construction Investment Joint Stock Company on working days (Monday to Saturday, 8am-11.30am on Saturdays). ID cards have to be presented.

Depository members (DMs) are requested to compare the securities holders’ information in the List generated and sent in the form of Certificate of Authorization by VSD with the information managed by DMs then send Confirmation (Form 03/THQ) in the form of Certificate of Authorization on the accuracy of the list of shareholders (For DMs who have not completed the connection to VSD’s terminal-based gateway/ISO-based gateway or where the connection has been disrupted, the Confirmation with Certificate of Authorization shall be sent to thongbaoxacnhan@vsd.vn). In case of rejection due to data errors, VSD's members are requested to send written notice on details of errors for necessary correction.
Deadline for sending confirmation: by 10.30 am, 8th August 2023
If DMs do not send confirmation document by the above deadline, VSD will consider the list provided to DMs by VSD accurate and confirmed. In case of arising disputes and losses to shareholders, DMs will have to bear all the related responsibilities.
DMs are requested to fully inform this notice to each investor who has deposited the above shares at DMs within 3 working days from the date on the notice.
