Related to payment of 2022 cash dividend of Dong Anh Licogi Mechanical Joint Stock Company - securities code: CKD (record date: 10th August 2023, payment date: 31st August 2023), Vietnam Securities Depository and Clearing Corporation (VSDC) would like to announce as follows:
On 29th August 2023, VSDC received notice No. 298CV/CKDA dated 29th August 2023 about postponing the 2022 dividend payment date with Board of Directors Resolution No. 37NQ/CKDA/HĐQT dated 29th August 2023 of CKD. Due to unexpected developments, up to now CKD has not yet arranged the cash flow to pay dividends in 2022. Therefore, CKD announced to postpone the dividend payment date, not paying on 31st August 2023 as has announced and will announce the new payment date as soon as possible.
Therefore, VSDC will notify members of the 2022 dividend payment time in CKD shares after receiving written notification from CKD.
