Regarding the implementation of the cash dividend payment rights for 2023 by Dong Anh Licogi Mechanical Joint Stock Company (stock code CKD) (the record date: 04/10/2024; payment date: 23/10/2024), the Viet Nam Securities Depository and Clearing Corporation (VSDC) announces the following:
As of 11:00 AM on 22/10/2024, VSDC has not yet received the dividend payment amount or any explanation regarding the delay from Dong Anh Licogi Mechanical Joint Stock Company. Therefore, VSDC will notify members of the payment schedule for the payment of 2023 cash dividend of CKD shares after receiving an official announcement from Dong Anh Licogi Mechanical Joint Stock Company.
