SQC: Cancellation of the record date

Pursuant to the document no. 0205/CV-SQC dated 02/05/2024 of SaiGon - Quy Nhon Mining Corporation on cancelling the record date for 2024 annual general meeting, Viet Nam Securities Depository and Clearing Corporation (VSDC) – Hochiminh Branch would like to announce as follows:
Cancelling the record date: 29/03/2024 for 2024 annual general meeting in accordance with Notice no. 434/TB-CNVSDC dated 01/03/2024 by VSDC's Branch.
Reason: The issuer needs more time to prepare documents for the general meeting so the Board of Directors determined to hold the meeting in June 2024.
DMs are requested to fully inform this notice to each investor who has deposited the above shares at DMs.
Cancelling the record date: 29/03/2024 for 2024 annual general meeting in accordance with Notice no. 434/TB-CNVSDC dated 01/03/2024 by VSDC's Branch.
