Pursuant to the notice no. 55/TB-TCT dated 17/06/2024 of Ha Tinh Minerals And Trading Joint Stock Corporation on cancelling the list of shareholders for 2024 Annual general meeting on the record date 03/05/2024, Vietnam Securities Depository and Clearing Corporation (VSDC) would like to announce as follows:
Cancelling the list of shareholders for 2024 Annual general meeting, the record date: 03/05/2024 in accordance with Notice no.1580/TB-CNVSDC dated 10/04/2024 by VSDC's Branch.
Reason: Because Ha Tinh Minerals and Trading Corporation - JSC has not completed the procedures to seek for owners' opinions on the issues approved at 2024 Annual General Meeting, the conditions for organizing 2024 Annual General Meeting are not organized as expected.
DMs are requested to fully inform this notice to each investor who has deposited the above shares at DMs.
