Viet Nam Securities Depository and Clearing Corporation (VSDC) would like to announce the record date as follows:

- Execution rate: 1 share - 1 voting right
- Planned Meeting time: 28/04/2025
- Meeting venue: to be announced in the invitation letter
- Meeting agenda:
+ Report on 2024 production & business results and 2025 plan;
+ 2024 audited financial statements;
+ Approval of  2024 after-tax profit distribution plan and payment of dividend;
+ Approval of  2024 remuneration payment of the Board of Directors (BOD), the Supervisory Board (SB), and the secretary 2025 plan;
+ Activity Report  by the BOD and SB on 2024 and the 2020-2024 term activities;
+ Report on business results in 05 years 2020-2024 and the 05-year business plan 2025-2029;
+ Election of the BOD and SB for 2025-2029 term;
+ Selection of an independent audit company in 2025;
+ Other issues (if any).

Depository members (DMs) are requested to compare the securities holders’ information in the List generated and sent in the form of Certificate of Authorization by VSDC with the information managed by DMs then send Confirmation (Form 03/THQ) in the form of Certificate of Authorization on the accuracy of the list of shareholders. (For DMs who have not completed the connection to VSDC’s terminal-based gateway/ISO-based gateway or where the connection has been disrupted, the Confirmation with Certificate of Authorization shall be sent to thongbaoxacnhan@vsd.vn). In case of rejection due to data errors, VSDC's members are requested to send written notice on details of errors for necessary correction.
Deadline for sending confirmation: by 10.30 am, 02/04/2025
If DMs do not send confirmation document by the above deadline, VSDC will consider the list provided to DMs and direct account holding members by VSDC accurate and confirmed. In case of arising disputes and losses to shareholders, DMs will have to bear all the related responsibilities.
DMs are requested to fully inform this notice to each investor who has deposited the above shares at DMs within 3 working days from the date on the notice.
