Viet Nam Securities Depository and Clearing Corporation (VSDC) would like to announce the record date of corporate action processing for the Securities registering institution as follows:

- Execution rate: 10:01 (Shareholders are entitled to 1 new share for every 10 shares they own)
- Principle of rounding and handling fractional shares (if any): The dividend shares distributed to shareholders will be rounded to the whole number, the decimal fractional shares will be removed.
- For example: On the record date, shareholder Nguyen Van A who owns 123 shares is entitled to 123*10%=12.3 shares. Due to the rounding principle, he will receive 12 new shares, the fractional share will be removed. 
- Place for implementation:
+ The holders whose shares have been deposited will receive shares at the depository member where they opened depository account.
+ The holders whose shares have not been deposited receive shares at Vietnam National Reinsurance Corporation, address: Level 7 - 141 Le Duan - Hoan Kiem - Hanoi on working days. ID cards have to be presented.
