CTX: Cancellation of the List of Shareholders for corporate action processing
Pursuant to the document no. 02/2025/TB-CTX-HĐQT dated 16/04/2025 of Vietnam Investment Construction And Trading Joint Stock Corporation regarding cancellation of the List of shareholders exercising the right to attend 2025 Annual General Meeting, Viet Nam Securities Depository and Clearing Corporation (VSDC) would like to announce as follows:
Cancelling the list of shareholders for 2025 Annual General Meeting, the record date: 08/04/2025 in accordance with Notice no.1243/TB-VSDC dated 20/03/2025 by VSDC.
Reason: The company changed the time to organize 2025 Annual General Meeting in accordance with the Resolution no.83/2025/NQ-CTX-HĐQT dated 16/04/2025.
DMs are requested to fully inform this notice to each investor who has deposited CTX shares at DMs
