- Execution rate: 100:27.247170 (shareholders are entitled to receive 2.724.717 new shares for every 10,000,000 shares they own). 
- Principle of rounding and handling fractional shares: The number of shares issued for raising share capital from owner's equity will be rounded down to the whole number. The decimal fractional shares (if any) will be canceled
- For example: on the record date, a shareholder who owns 100 shares is entitled to receive 100 x 0,27247170 = 27.24717 shares at the execution rate. According to the principle of rounding, this shareholder will only receive 27 new shares and 0.24717 fractional shares will be removed.
 - Payment place:
+ The holders whose shares have been deposited will receive the shares at the depository member where they opened depository account.
+ The holders whose shares have not been deposited will receive the  shares at Headquarters of the Corporation (2nd floor, HH2 building, Duong Dinh Nghe Street, Cau Giay Ward, Hanoi City. ID cards have to be presented.
