Viet Nam Securities Depository and Clearing Corporation (VSDC) would like to announce the record date of corporate action processing for the Securities registering institution as follows:

Payment rate: 2:1 (shareholders owning 02 shares will receive 01 new share)
- Principle of rounding, handling fractional shares (if any): the number of share allocated to existing shareholders will be rounded down to the unit, the fractional shares (if any) will be removed. 
- For example: Shareholder A owns 201 shares (on the record date of Issuance of Shares for Raising Share Capital from Owners' Equity). With the issuance ratio of 2:1, shareholder A will receive the number of additional shares issued as follows: 201: 2 x 1 = 100.5 shares. According to the rounding down principle, the number of shares that shareholder A receives is 100 shares. The fractional shares of 0.5 shares will be removed.
- Payment place:
+ The holders whose shares have been deposited will receive shares at the depository member where they opened depository account.
+ The holders whose shares have not been deposited will receive shares at Song Hong Garment Joint Stock Company on working days. ID cards and passbooks have to be presented.
