- Meeting venue: Level-11 meeting hall, building of FPT Securities Joint Stock Company, no.52 Lac Long Quan road, Tay Ho ward, Hanoi
- Meeting agenda:
+ Report by the Board of Directors (BOD) on 2025 activities, 2026 plan;
+ Actitvity report by the independent members of the Board of Directors in the Audit Committee in 2025
+ Report by the CEO on 2025 production and business results and 2026 plan;
+ Approval of 2025 audited financial statements;
+ Approval of 2025 profit distribution plan and 2026 expected dividend level;
+ Approval of 2025 remuneration payment and 2026 plan to the BOD, Management Board;
+ Approval of selection of an independent audit company for 2026 financial statements;
+ Approval of transactions between the Company with related parties in 2026 to 2027 Annual General meeting
+ Other issues within the authority of the general meeting
Coordination details and procedures for corporate action processing for holders of the above securities between VSDC, the Securities registering institution and depository members are specified in the Guideline on corporate action processing for securities holders at VSDC.
Song Hong Garment Joint Stock Company and the parties involved in the process of preparing the dossier, documents of corporate action processing are fully responsible before the law for the legality, accuracy, truthfulness and completeness of the dossier; Institutions and individuals participating in the confirmation of records and documents shall be legally responsible within the scope related to such records and documents as prescribed in Clause 1, Article 11a of the Securities Law No. 54/2019/QH14 dated 26/11/2019, supplemented by Clause 4, Article 1 of Law No. 56/2024/QH15 dated 29/11/2024.
