Viet Nam Securities Depository and Clearing Corporation (VSDC) would like to announce the record date of corporate action processing for the Securities registering institution as follows:

- Payment rate: 5%/share ( VND 500 per share)
- Payment time: 11/07/2025
- Payment place:
+ The holders whose shares have been deposited will receive dividend at the depository member where they opened depository account.
+ The holders whose shares have not been deposited shall complete the procedures to receive cash dividends at the Office of Vietnam Container Joint Stock Company - 6th Floor, TD TOWER Building, No. 01 Lot 3A New Urban Area, Cat Bi Airport Crossroads, Le Hong Phong, Ngo Quyen, Hai Phong City on working days of the week starting from July 11, 2025. ID cards/Business registration certificate/other valid documents containing information identifying the securities owner as prescribed and a legal Power of Attorney have to be presented.
