Viet Nam Securities Depository and Clearing Corporation (VSDC) – Hochiminh Branch would like to announce the record date of corporate action processing for the Securities registering institution as follows:

- Payment rate: 10%/share (VND 1,000 per share).
+ Dividend payment from retained earnings: 1%/share
+ Advance Payment of 2025 Cash Dividend: 9%/share
- Payment time: 30/06/2025
- Payment place:
+ Shareholders whose shares have been deposited will receive dividend at the depository members (DMs) where they opened depository accounts.
+ Shareholders whose shares have not been deposited:
·      Receive payment by bank transfer: All shareholders who have registered for a transfer will receive dividend via their accounts.
·     Receive payment by cash: Shareholders who have not registered their accounts, will receive dividends at the Company's Finance - Accounting Department, No. 14, 30/4 Street, Ward 9, City. Vung Tau, during office hours every Monday to Friday, from June 30, 2025. ID card/Power of Attorney have to be presented.
