Viet Nam Securities Depository and Clearing Corporation (VSDC) would like to announce the record date of corporate action processing for the Securities registering institution as follows:

- Execution rate: 100:30 (shareholders owning 100 shares will receive 30 new shares)
- Principle of rounding and handling fractional shares: the number of shares issued to existing shareholders will be rounded down to the whole number. The decimal fractional shares (if any) will be removed.
- For example: Shareholder A owns 102 shares on the record date will receive (102 x 30%) = 30.6 shares. According to the rounding principle, shareholder A will receive 30 shares, the 0.6 fractional shares will be removed.
- Payment place:
+ The holders whose shares have been deposited will receive shares at the depository member where they opened depository account.
+ The holders whose shares have not been deposited:  Shareholders will carry out procedures to receive shares issued due to capital increase from owner's equity at: Head office of Son Ha Energy Development Joint Stock Company at Lot D, Phung Town Industrial Cluster, Phung Town, Dan Phuong District, Hanoi City, Vietnam (on weekdays). ID cards/ passports/ Certificate of Business Registration/Other documents containing identification information of the Shareholders as prescribed have to be presented
Coordination details and procedures for corporate action processing for holders of the above securities between VSDC, the Securities registering institution and depository members are specified in the Guideline on corporate action processing for securities holders at VSDC
