Viet Nam Securities Depository and Clearing Corporation (VSDC) would like to announce the record date of corporate action processing for the Securities registering institution as follows:

1. Payment of 2024 Stock Dividend
- Execution rate: 100:20 (shareholders are entitled to receive 20 new shares for every 100 shares they own)
- Principle of rounding and handling fractional shares (if any): The number of shares additionally issued for dividend payment will be rounded down to the whole number ensure that the total number of distributed shares does not exceed the total number of issued shares, the decimal fractional shares will be removed and the new charter capital will be registered on the actual number of shares distributed.
- Example: On the record date, shareholder Nguyen Van A who owns 329 shares is entitled to receive (329:100)x20=65.8 new shares. According to the rounding principle, shareholder will receive 65 new shares, the 0.8 fractional shares will be removed.
- Payment place:
+ The holders whose shares have been deposited will receive dividend at the depository member where they opened depository account.
+ The holders whose shares have not been deposited will receive dividend at Vietnam Bank for Agriculture and Rural Development Joint - Stock Insurance Corporation, level 6, 29T1 buiding, Hoang Dao Thuy road, Yen Hoa ward, Hanoi. ID cards have to be presented.
2. Share issuance for raising share capital from owner's equity
- Execution rate: 100:20 (shareholders are entitled to receive 20 new shares for every 100 shares they own)
- Principle of rounding and handling fractional shares (if any): The number of shares additionally issued from owner's equity for existing shareholders will be rounded down to the whole number ensure that the total number of distributed shares does not exceed the total number of issued shares, the decimal fractional shares (if any) will be removed and the new charter capital will be registered on the actual number of shares distributed.
- Example: On the record date, shareholder Nguyen Van A who owns 329 shares is entitled to receive (329:100)x20=65.8 new shares. According to the rounding principle, shareholder will receive 65 new shares, the 0.8 fractional shares will be removed.
