- Payment rate: 10% (Shareholders are entitled to 10 new shares for every 100 shares they own);
- Principle of rounding and handling fractional shares: The number of shares additionally issued due to dividend payment will be rounded down to the whole number, the fractional shares (if any) will be removed.
- For example: On the record date, shareholder A owns 102 ASM shares, with an exercise rate of 10%. Then the number of shares shareholder A receives is 102 x 10:100 = 10.2 shares. After rounding to the whole number, the number of shares that shareholder A receives is 10 shares and the remaining fractional shares of 0.2 will be cancelled and not issued.
 Payment place:
+ The holders whose shares have been deposited will receive dividend at the depository member where they opened depository account.
+ The holders whose shares have not been deposited will receive stock dividend at the head office of Sao Mai Group Corporation, No. 326 Hung Vuong, My Long Ward, Long Xuyen City, An Giang Province. ID cards and passbooks have to be presented.
