Regarding the exercise of entitlement in accordance with Notice No. 1435/TB-CNVSDC dated 28/07/2025 by Vietnam Securities Depository and Clearing Corporation - Ho Chi Minh City Branch on the record date for payment of bond principal and interest of Gia Phu Real Estate Company Limited, stock code: GPR12101 (record date: 06/08/2025, payment date: 13/08/2025), the Securities Registering institution has requested to extend the payment date of 30/09/2025 (1st adjustment) but has not yet arranged money. VSDC's Branch would like to announce as follows:
On 26/09/2025, VSDC's Branch received Document No. 06/2025-TB-GP dated 25/09/2025 from Gia Phu Real Estate Company Limited regarding the delay in transferring bond principal and interest. Reason: payment sources have not been arranged in time. However, in the above Document, Gia Phu Real Estate Company Limited has not specifically announced the new payment date (2nd Adjustment) to bondholders. Therefore, VSDC's Branch will notify Members of the time for payment of GPR12101 bond principal and interest after receiving notice from Gia Phu Real Estate Company Limited.
