GPR12101: Change of payment time of bond interest and principal
Pursuant to the document no.05/2025-TB-GP dated 11/08/2025 by Gia Phu Real Estale Company Limited (bond code: GPR12101) on changing payment time of bond interest and principal, Viet Nam Securities Depository and Clearing Corporation (VSDC) - Hochiminh Branch would like to announce adjustment of payment time of interest and principal of GPR12101 bonds (record date: 06/08/2025) as follow:

- Adjusted time:
Payment time: 30/09/2025 (1st adjustment)
Reason: the Company's revenue from business operations and cash flow have not been as scheduled due to belated payment from partners, and thus the Company cannot arrange sufficient money for principal and interest as scheduled on 13/08/2025.
Other contents in the Notice no.1435/TB-CNVSDC dated 28/07/2025 by VSDC's Branch remain unchanged.
