Viet Nam Securities Depository and Clearing Corporation (VSDC) – Hochiminh Branch would like to announce the record date of corporate action processing for the Securities registering institution as follows:

- Payment rate: 10%/share (1,000 VND per share) 
- Payment time: 12/03/2026
- Payment place:
1. The holders whose shares have been deposited will receive dividend at the depository member where they opened depository account.
2. The holders whose shares have not been deposited will complete the procedures to receive dividends at the Office of  Southern Hydropower Joint Stock Company, address: Room 106, 1st Floor, Citilight Building - 45 Vo Thi Sau, Tan Dinh Ward, Ho Chi Minh City;
- Payment time: Starting from 12/03/2026 (except Saturdays, Sundays and holidays), from 8:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m. in the morning, from 1:30 p.m. to 4:00 p.m. in the afternoon;
- ID cards (for individuals)/Business registration certificates (for institutions + the Company's letter of introduction) and the Certificate of share ownership/passbooks have to be presented when receiving dividend. In case of receiving on behalf of another person, a legal PoA has to be presented. 
- Holders who want to receive dividend via bank transfer, have to send a transfer request according to the form of the Company and the Notarized copy of ID cards (for individuals)/Business registration certificates (for institutions) and photocopy of Certificate of share ownership/passbooks to Southern Hydropower Joint Stock Company - Finance and Accounting Department, address: Room 106, 1st Floor, Citilight Building - 45 Vo Thi Sau, Tan Dinh Ward, Ho Chi Minh City.
Coordination details and procedures for corporate action processing for holders of the above securities between VSDC, the Securities registering institution and depository members are specified in the Guideline on corporate action processing for securities holders at VSDC.
Southern Hydropower Joint Stock Company and the parties involved in the process of preparing the dossier are fully responsible before the law for the legality, accuracy, truthfulness and completeness of the dossier. Institutions and individuals participating in the confirmation of dossier, documents shall be legally responsible within the scope related to such dossier, documents as prescribed in Clause 1, Article 11a of the Securities Law No. 54/2019/QH14 dated 26/11/2019, supplemented by Clause 4, Article 1 of Law No. 56/2024/QH15 dated 29/11/2024.
