+ 2025 activity report by the Board of Directors (BOD);
+ 2025 activity report by the Supervisory Board (SB);
+ 2025 audited financial statements;
+ Proposal for 2025 salary and remuneration settlement and the 2026 payment plan for the BOD and SB;
+ Proposal for 2025 after-tax profit distribution and 2026 plan;
+ Proposal for selecting the list of auditing companies for 2026 financial statements;
+ Proposal for approval of 2026 transactions with related parties;
+ Other related issues within the authority of the General meeting

Coordination details and procedures for corporate action processing for holders of the above securities between VSDC, the Securities registering institution and depository members are specified in the Guideline on corporate action processing for securities holders at VSDC.
