- Meeting time: 4/2026 tentatively; specific time will be announced later
- Meeting venue: Hanoi, specific meeting venue will be announced later
- Meeting agenda: issues within the authority of 2026 annual general meeting. to be announced in the invitation letter

Coordination details and procedures for corporate action processing for holders of the above securities between VSDC, the Securities registering institution and depository members are specified in the Guideline on corporate action processing for securities holders at VSDC.
