Interest rate:

The interest rate for each interest period is determined as follows: + The interest rate applied for the first 4 interest periods is: 12.5%/year; and + Interest rate applied for the next interest periods: the total of 4.5%/year and the reference interest rate on the interest rate determination date of that interest period. In which, "Interest period" means each period lasting 3 consecutive months from the issue date inclusive to the maturity date exclusive. In case the bonds are redeemed before maturity according to the provisions of bond conditions, the final interest period for the redeemed bonds will be from the last day of the nearest interest period inclusive to the date on which the bonds are redeemed before maturity exclusive. “Reference interest rate” means the interest rate on saving deposits in Dong, applicable to individual customers with a 13-month term (LS13 type 01), receiving interest at the end of the term announced by HDBank on the interest rate determination date of that interest period. “Interest rate determination date” for each interest period after the first 4 interest periods is the 9th working day before the first day of that interest period.

From 28/5/2026, bond code VIC12402, ISIN VN0VIC124020 issued by VSDC will become invalid and VSDC will not implement registration, depository, clearing and settlement for VIC12402 bonds. VSDC will withdraw all deposited VIC12402 bonds on the effective date of deregistration. VSDC's members are requested to withdraw the respective quantity of deposited VIC12402 bonds from investors' accounts on 28/5/2026 and inform related investors accordingly.
When cancelling the bond registration, VSDC will stop recording information about bonds and bondholders at VSDC. Cancelling the bond registration at VSDC does not change the legal rights and interests of bondholders. The bond registering institution is responsible for managing information about the bonds and the bondholders after the bonds is cancelled at VSDC and continues to exercise legal rights and interests of bondholders (if any) in accordance with prevailing laws.
