Viet Nam Securities Depository and Clearing Corporation (VSDC) would like to announce the record date as follows:

- Payment rate: 3,175,890.411 VND/bond, rounded to 3 decimal places  
+ The bond interest is calculated according to the formula: 100,000,000 VND x 12.6% per year x 92/365 (days)= 3,175,890.411 VND
+ The total bond interest amount actually received by the bondholder will be rounded to the whole number (if the first decimal place is equal to or greater than 5, the number is rounded up; if the first decimal place is less than 5, the decimal part is removed).
- Payment date:  19/01/2026 (Since the payment date is not a business day, the issuer will make the payment on the business day immediately following that date.)
- Payment place:
+ The holders whose shares have been deposited will receive bond interest at the depository member where they opened depository account.
+ For securities that have not deposited: Holders will complete the procedure to receive corporate bond interest at HD Securities Joint Stock Company on 19/01/2026  through the account that the holder has registered with HD Securities Joint Stock Company.
Depository members (DMs) are requested to compare the securities holders’ information in the List generated and sent in the form of Certificate of Authorization by VSDC with the information managed by DMs then send Confirmation (Form 03/THQ) in the form of Certificate of Authorization on the accuracy of the list of shareholders (For DMs who have not completed the connection to VSDC’s terminal-based gateway/ISO-based gateway or where the connection has been disrupted, the Confirmation with Certificate of Authorization shall be sent to thongbaoxacnhan@vsd.vn). In case of non-acceptance due to data errors or discrepancies, DMs are requested to send the details of errors or discrepancies in writing for necessary correction.
Deadline for sending confirmation: by 10.30 am, 12/01/2026.
If DMs do not send confirmation document by the above deadline, VSDC will consider the list provided to DMs by VSDC accurate and confirmed. In case of arising disputes and losses to shareholders, DMs will have to bear all the related responsibilities. 
DMs are requested to fully inform this notice to each investor who has deposited the above shares at DMs within 3 working days from the date on the notice.
