According to document No. 03/XLDKHN-HĐQT dated 2 January 2014 of Hanoi Petroleum Construction Joint Stock Company, Vietnam Securities Depository (VSD) would like to announce as follows:

-  Hanoi Petroleum Construction Joint Stock Company cancelled the shareholders list fixed on 6 June 2013 for 2013 Annual General Meeting (in the Notice No. 929/TB-VSD dated 24 May 2013 by VSD);

- Reason of cancellation: Due to the preparation for the meeting has not been completed, the company has not been able to hold 2013 Annual General Meeting as scheduled.

- The company requested VSD to fix shareholder list for 2013 Annual General Meeting on 15 January 2014.

VSD requests members to notify the above information to investors.
