Vietnam Securities Depository (VSD) would like to announce the record date as follows:

- Reason and purpose: 2013 Annual General Meeting.

- Execution rate: 1 share - 1 voting right.

- Meeting time: 29 June 2013.

- Meeting venue: at 27the floor meeting hall, CEO Building, Lot HH2, Me Tri Ha urban area, Pham Hung St., Tu Liem Dist., Hanoi;

- Meeting agenda:

+ Approval of report on 2012 production & business results and 2013 plan;

+ Report on 2012 audited financial statements;

+ Submission on 2012 profit allocation scheme and 2013 plan;

+ Report by the Board of Directors on 2012 activities and 2013 plan;

+ Submission on 2012 remuneration for the Board of Directors and the Supervisory Board and 2013 plan;

+ Report by the Supervisory Board on 2012 activities and 2013 plan;

+ Submission on selection of an auditing company in 2013;

+ Submission on amendment of the Company's Charter;

VSD's members are requested to check and send confirmation in the form of Certificate of Authorization on the accuracy of the list of shareholders having deposited PXH shares via VSD's terminal for Depository members/ or via email address thongbaoxacnhan@vsd.vn for Direct account holding members.

(In case of rejection due to data errors, VSD's members are requested to send written notice on details of errors for necessary correction).

Deadline for sending confirmation: by 3 pm, 10 June 2013.

If members do not send confirmation document by the above deadline, VSD will consider the list provided to members by VSD accurate and confirmed. In case of arising disputes and losses to shareholders, members will have to bear all the related responsibilities.

VSD's members are requested to fully inform this notice to each investor who has deposited the above shares at members within 3 working days from the date on the notice.
