- Meeting agenda: 
+ Activity report by the Board of Directors; report on 2017 production, business and investment, and  2018 directions;
+ Report by the Supervisory Board;
+ 2017 audited financial statements;
+ 2017 profit distribution plan;
+ Proposal of authorizing selection of audit company for 6 first month and 2018 financial statements;
+ Authorizing the CEO in preparing proposal for borrowing short-term, medium-term and long-term capital, signing contracts with credit institutions, signing contract of pledge, asset collateral of the company to borrow capital from credit institutions in 2018, 2018 credit line plan;
+ Proposal of approving 2018 salary fund;
 + Proposal of approving 2018 remuneration for the Board of Directors and the Supervisory Board;
+ Proposal of withdrawing capital from Vinh Son Investment JSC;
+ Proposal of approving amendment, supplementation to Company's charter in accordance with Decree no.71/2017 and Circular no.95/2017 of the Ministry of Finance;

+ Approval of other issues within the authority of the General meeting;
+ Approval of dismissing members of the Board of Directors (BoD) and electing additional members for the BoD;
+ Approval of Resolutions of 2018 annual general meeting. 

Depository members (DMs) are requested to compare the securities holders’ information in the List generated and sent in the form of Certificate of Authorization by VSD with the information managed by DMs then send Confirmation (Form 03/THQ) in the form of Certificate of Authorization on the accuracy of the list of shareholders (For DMs who have not completed the connection to VSD’s terminal-based gateway/ISO-based gateway or where the connection has been disrupted, the Confirmation with Certificate of Authorization shall be sent to thongbaoxacnhan@vsd.vn). In case of rejection due to data errors, VSD's members are requested to send written notice on details of errors for necessary correction.
Deadline for sending confirmation: by 11.30 am, 26th March 2018
If DMs do not send confirmation document by the above deadline, VSD will consider the list provided to DMs and direct account holding members by VSD accurate and confirmed. In case of arising disputes and losses to shareholders, DMs will have to bear all the related responsibilities.
DMs are requested to fully inform this notice to each investor who has deposited the above shares at DMs within 3 working days from the date on the notice.
