Cancelling the record date of 11th August 2022 for 2022 Extraordinary general meeting in accordance with the Notice no.1106/TB-CNVSD dated 25th July 2022 by VSD's Branch
Reason: the business trip time of key members of the Board of Directors coincides with the meeting time of the Extraordinary general meeting dated 6th September 2022.
