Announcement of adjusting Settlement-off Schedule in 2024

According to Document no.2780/UBCK-PTTT dated 13th May 2022 by the State Securities Commision on off-trading schedule in 2024, the Labour Code no.45/2019/QH14 dated 20th November 2019 by the General Assembly, Vietnam Securities Depository (VSD) would like to announce the off-settlement schedule in 2024 as follows:
VSD is pleased to announce to depository members, clearing members and direct account holders for notifying investors accordingly.

| New Year Holiday | Monday, 1st January 2024 |
| Lunar New Year Holiday | From Thursday, 8th February 2024 (29th December 2023 Lunar calendar) to 14th February 2024 (the 5th day of Lunar calendar) as stipulated by Vietnam Labour Code |
| Hung Kings' Commemoration Day (10th March - Lunar calendar); | Monday. 18th April 2024 |
| Liberation Day (30th April) and International Labour Day (1st May) | From Tuesday, 30th April 2024 to Wednesday 1st June 2024 |
| National Day of 2nd September | Monday, 2nd September 2024 and Tuesday, 3rd September 2024 (1 preceding day) |
