- Execution rate: 12% (Shareholders are entitled to 12 new shares for every 100 shares that they own);
- Principle of rounding, handling fractional shares (if any): the number of share allocated to existing shareholders will be rounded down to the whole number, the fractional shares (if any) will be removed.
- For example: On the record date, shareholder A who owns 301 shares are entitled to receive (301 x 12)/100 = 36.12 new shares . According to the rounding principle, shareholder A will receive 36 shares, the 0.12 fractional shares will be removed.

- Principle of rounding, handling fractional bonds and unsubscribed bonds (if any): to ensure that the number of bonds issued does not exceed the number offered for sale, the number of issued bonds for each shareholder owning common shares will be rounded down to the whole number. The number of fractional bonds and unsubscribed bonds after the end of the issuance period for existing shareholders, the Board of Directors will continue to offer to other subjects with offering conditions, conditions on rights and obligations of investors no more favorable than the offering conditions for existing shareholders.
For example: Shareholder A owns 1,234 common shares of HDC will have the right to buy = (1,234 x 1,000): 35,671 = 34.59 bonds. Thus, shareholder A will be able to buy 34 bonds.

+  Right issue can be transferred once.
- Regulations on subscribed securities:
+ Time for subscription and payment: From 19/11/2025 đến ngày 10/12/2025.

+ The holders whose shares have been deposited have to make transfer of purchase right, subscription and payment at the depository member where they opened depository account.
