Viet Nam Securities Depository and Clearing Corporation (VSDC) - Hochiminh Branch would like to announce the record date of corporate action processing for the Securities registering institution as follows:

- Execution rate: 15% (Shareholders are entitled to 100 new share for every 15 shares they own)
- Rounding method and handling of fractional shares (if any): The number of shares distributed as dividends in 2025 to existing shareholders will be rounded down to the nearest whole number. Any decimal fraction will be canceled.
Example: On the record date, shareholder A owns 301 shares and will receive an additional: (301 x 15)/100 = 45.15 new shares. Due to rounding to the nearest whole number, shareholder A will only receive 45 new shares; the fractional share of 0.15 will be canceled.
- Location of implementation:
+ The holders whose shares have been deposited will receive shares at the depository member where they opened depository account.
+ The holders whose shares have not been deposited will complete the procedure to receive stock dividends at Ba Ria - Vung Tau House Development Joint Stock Company - 3rd Floor, Hodeco Plaza Building, 36 Nguyen Thai Hoc Street, Tam Thang Ward, Ho Chi Minh City, by presenting their citizen identification card/identity card.
Coordination details and procedures for corporate action processing for holders of the above securities between VSDC, the Securities registering institution and depository members are specified in the Guideline on corporate action processing for securities holders at VSDC.
Ba Ria - Vung Tau House Development Joint Stock Company, organizations, individuals involved in the process of preparing dossiers, documents of corporate action processing are fully responsible before the law for the legality, accuracy, truthfulness and completeness of the dossier;  Institutions and individuals participating in the confirmation of records and documents shall be legally responsible within the scope related to such records and documents as prescribed in Clause 1, Article 11a of the Securities Law No. 54/2019/QH14 dated 26/11/2019, supplemented by Clause 4, Article 1 of Law No. 56/2024/QH15 dated 29/11/2024.
