Pursuant to the document no.10/SVLC dated 14th April 2021 of Sovilaco International Manpower Joint Stock Company regarding cancellation of the shareholder list for 2021 annual general meeting, Vietnam Securities Depository (VSD) - Hochiminh Branch would like to announce as follows:
Cancellation of the shareholder list for 2021 annual general meeting with the record date of 23rd March 2021 in accordance with Notice no.316/TB-CNVSD dated 4th March 2021 by VSD's Branch
Reason: Following the direction of the Owner, the State Capital Investment Corporation (SCIC), on reviewing, adding content, approving documents, personnel for the organization of the General Meeting, the issuer would like to cancel the list on the record date of 23rd March 2021.
DMs are requested to fully inform this notice to each investor who has deposited the above shares at DMs.
