NQT: Cancellation of the List of Shareholders for Corporate Actions

Pursuant to the document no. 358/CV-NSQT dated 23rd June 2021 of Quang Tri Clean Water Joint Stock Company on cancelling the list of shareholders for 2021 annual general meeting, Vietnam Securities Depository (VSD) would like to announce as follows:
Cancelling the list of shareholders for 2021 annual general meeting, record date: 25th May 2021 in accordance with Notice no. 1600/TB-VSD dated 5th May 2021 by VSD.
Reason: Because there has not been a consensus on the owner of the state capital in the enterprise. Therefore, the Board of Directors decided to delay the organization of 2021 Annual General Meeting.
DMs are requested to fully inform this notice to each investor who has deposited the above shares at DMs.
