VJC12103: Cancellation of interest payment

Regarding the payment of bond interest of VIETJET Aviation Joint Stock Company (VJC), bond code VJC12103 (the record date: 15/5/2025, the payment date: 26/5/2025), Viet Nam Securities Depository and Clearing Corporation (VSDC) would like to announce as follows:
- Cancelling the execution of the interest payment for bond VJC12103, the record date of 15/5/2025 as in the Notice No. 1485/TB-VSDC dated 16/4/2025 by VSDC.
- Reason: As requested by VJC in Document No. 38-25/VJC-TCKT dated 13/5/2025, the interest rate in the 8th payment of VJC12103 informed in Notice No. 45-25/VJC-TCKT-TB dated 14/4/2025 by VJC was not correct.
DMs are requested to fully inform this notice to each investor who has deposited the above bonds at DMs.
